Nelson & Associates, Inc. dba 1481 Wabash, LLC in partnership with the Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH) submitted an application for housing credits from the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) to acquire and rehab Oak Park Apartments, a property managed by Nelson for over 25 years. OHFA reserved annual housing credits of $856,785 for this project and it closed in February 2013.
