OHFA reserved annual housing credits of $856,785 for this project and it closed in February 2013.
Oak Park Apartments is a multi-family Tax Credit property with 100% project based HUD Section 8. The community has 71 units that consist of 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms.
